Dedi’s — Chilli Oil with Soul
We’re twin brothers, born and raised in the UK to Hong Kong parents who never let us forget the taste of home. Growing up, our dad’s chilli oil was more than a condiment, it was a part of our childhood. The aroma and the way it transformed every meal, each spoonful carried with it the warmth of family and the spirit of our Cantonese heritage. We believe food should tell a story. Ours begins with our family.
“Dedi” is an affectionate Cantonese nickname for “Dad.” Our brand is a tribute to him and to every family whose food tells a story. We’ve taken our father’s recipe, perfected over generations, and bottled it for the world to enjoy.
